• Structured in compliance with seismic zone II, has RCC framed structures and solid concrete block masonry equivalent for walls

• The doors and windows are made of BST flush shutter 35mm thick with teak wood frame. The internal and bathroom doors are flush shutters of 30mm thickness with hard wood frame enamel painted and three track aluminum glazed window with grill.

• The electrical fittings consist of modular switches & sockets with internal wiring (fittings like fans, light fixtures, geysers, appliances etc. are not provided) Electrical points in the bed, living & dining, kitchen, balcony, utility, toilets. Including cable point, exhausts are all in place.
